Request deletion of your account and app data
You can request deletion of your APEX AI Coach account and associated app data at any time.
To request deletion, email coach@apexai.coach from the email address connected to your APEX account. Include the subject line "Account deletion request" and the email used for your app account.
When your request is verified, we delete or de-identify your account profile, authentication record, app activity, challenge progress, workout and coaching data, messages, saved preferences, and connected wearable tokens associated with your account.
Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, payment, subscription, dispute resolution, or backup purposes. App store purchase and subscription records may also remain with Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, Stripe, or other payment providers according to their policies.
Deleting your APEX account does not automatically cancel an active app store subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play settings.
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days after verification.
